General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries made via the online shop dermarollerdesign.store. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these GTC.

3. Conclusion of Contract
   The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded either by our confirmation via email or by dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment
   All stated prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be shown to the customer during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

   In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of withdrawal.

7. Warranty
   The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability
   We are liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.

9. Data Protection
   The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions
    Austrian law applies. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
    If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
